Donations

As a charitable organization, donations to Thalia Foundation are generally considered non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests for donations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.

Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases

If you have registered for an event or purchased tickets through Thalia Foundation, please note the following refund guidelines:

  • Cancellation Requests: For a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date.
  • Partial Refunds: For cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the event, partial refunds may be considered, depending on the nature of the event.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellation requests received after the event has started.

Product Purchases (if applicable)

For any physical or digital products purchased through our website:

  • Return Eligibility: Refunds may be available if the product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, digital downloads, and perishable goods are not eligible for refunds.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Processing Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
